This is an AI-enabled bot which understands the human conversation and gives a response to the queries accordingly for some specific queries like “Nearest location of UPS”, as well as track packaged, and share shipping costs.
Customers have the facility of asking queries to the bots either using voice or text commands on their mobile devices, virtual assistants, social media channels, and Google Assistant. The bot is smart to recognize the inquiries and provide the relevant response to the queries. The bot is AI-enabled which will help it giving the proper responses in future based on experience.
Apart from this UPS has UPS M Choice Alerts which is a free system which allows the homeowners to make a decision that “How, when and where home deliveries happen.” The Chatbot is integrated with my choice alert system, to allow customers to get information regarding their packages and deliveries without the need of tracking number.
